7:30am - 8:00am Volunteers Arrive

Check In at the Front Office with your Drivers License or Photo ID

8:00am - 3:00pm Lead 5 JA lessons following classroom schedule

3:30pm Volunteers Depart

8:00 AM- 9:00 AM Setup

9:00 AM Pitch Coaches Arrive

9:30 AM-10:40 AM Coaching, upon student arrival

*Pitch Coaches may leave following the coaching or stay

to enjoy the competition and lunch if your schedule allows

10:40 AM - 12:30 PM Pitch Competition

12:30 PM - 1:00 PM Lunch

1:00 PM - 1:20 PM Awards

1:30 PM Student Departure
